- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Google AdworDs, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and ensure a cohesive brand message across all marketing channels.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and provide a regular performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to integrate cutting-edge strategies into campaigns.
- Actively participate in the development of effective paid search strategies to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement measures to reduce the risk of click fraud and ensure campaign integrity.
- Stay abreast of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) trends, recommending adjustments to campaigns as needed.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Lead in marketing communications, creating consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the execution of all marketing initiatives and oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and publicity materials.
- Handle public relations and advertising campaigns, which include print media, outdoor, new media, and paid ads.
- Plan and execute events such as exhibitions, forums, and podcasts.
- Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and consumer behavior to gather and utilize market intelligence.
- Lead relationship management efforts with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to the senior management team.
- Manage and optimize customer relationship management systems and processes
Who we’re looking for:
- Humble and eager to learn
- A seasoned digital advertising professional who is both creative and strategic, living and breathing digital marketing and communication.
- Has an almost obsessive-compulsive level of organization and works in an orderly manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as social media paid advertiser or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Has an experience in data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
