As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects using Agile methodologies within our organization. Your responsibilities will include facilitating SCRUM meetings, tracking project progress using Jira, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our customer’s requests while adhering to Agile principles. Job description:
- Coordinate various stakeholders in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects using Agile methodologies i.e. SCRUM.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication and coordination between stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize Jira to track and manage project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate daily SCRUM stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and team collaboration.
- Provide mentoring and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, keeping them informed of project progress, risks, and achievements.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously explore opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Project Coordinator or similar role in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
- Strong understanding of SCRUM Agile methodologies, and the ability to coach and guide the team accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
