In this role, you will be a crucial support pillar for our sales operations, responsible for managing and organizing critical documentation and ensuring the seamless preparation of sales proposals and presentations. Your adeptness with CRM systems and project management tools will be pivotal in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and facilitating efficient order processing. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in administrative support, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a remote team. You will have had experience hiring vendors and working with vendors to deliver projects on time, as well as working internally with team members to move projects forward. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will be essential in supporting the delivery of high-quality projects on time.

- Managing and organizing sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the timely processing of orders.
- Generating and analyzing sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Creating multiple sales deck templates aligned with the corporate identity.
- Copywriting for sales & marketing email sequences
- Calculating monthly commissions for the sales staff based on predefined criteria.
- Managing the delivery of work from vendors and from other internal team members.
Who we’re looking for:
- Humble and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable working in the Brazilian time zone and CET time zone.
- Holds a degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven administrative support expertise.
- Proficient in Jira, project management tools, Google Suite, and HubSpot.
- Familiar with phone SaaS tools.
- Strong communicator, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills for multitasking.
- Analytical thinker adept at problem-solving under pressure.

- Design-savvy with an eye for corporate aesthetics.
- Understands UX/UI principles for landing page enhancement and knowledgeable in WordPress
- Creative mindset for user engagement and conversion goals (XYZ).
- Proficient in impactful copywriting and marketing principles.
- A/B testing knowledge for optimizing email engagement and conversion rates.
