Job description:

  • Coordinate appointments and engage with qualified leads to create a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Actively follow up with leads to keep them interested and progressing through the sales process and promptly responding to inquiries.
  • Clearly convey and present the software’s advantages, features, and value to potential clients.
  • Thoroughly research potential clients, understanding their industry, challenges, and how Floori’s software can help.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve your sales approach continually.
  • Tailor your communication approach to effectively engage with diverse client personas, industries, and roles, ensuring successful closure of valid and confirmed appointments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating exceptional performance.
  • Expertly handle client objections and concerns, demonstrating how Floori’s software can address specific issues and provide value.
  • Actively listen to potential customers, identifying their pain points and positioning our solutions as the ideal choice.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Keep the HubSpot CRM and pipeline organized and up to date, ensuring accurate information for smoother communication and follow-up.
  • Initiate proactive calls to potential clients with a target of 65 calls daily.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to coordinate efforts, share market insights, and contribute to a unified growth strategy.


Who we’re looking for:

  • Humble and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in the home-services/improvement field or can easily relate to SMB service-based business owners would be an advantage.
  • Proven 3 -5 years experience in  sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Solid experience in a B2B environment is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to handle objections and rejection.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools such as HubSpot is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Comfortable working in an Arabian speaking country’s time zone.
  • Comfortable to participate in weekly meetings, accommodating both Polish and American time zones interchangeably.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment. 
  • Own a personal computer, headset, and monitor.
