Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Illustrator & Animation Designer to bring our brand and product messaging to life across digital and print platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with the design team to conceptualize, illustrate, and animate creative assets that support Floori’s mission and market growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Design: Work with the design team to develop project concepts and visual strategies.
- Versatile Content Creation: Produce product illustrations, social media assets, logos, and other visuals for both print and digital media.
- Animation & Motion Design: Create compelling animations and motion graphics that clearly communicate complex product features.
- Design Optimization: Offer insights on design best practices and improvements across various projects.
- Software Proficiency: Use tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality creative output.
What We’re Looking For
- Mindset: Humble, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
- Background: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Marketing.
- Skills: Proficient in design software such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and others.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems like HubSpot, and animation platforms is a plus.
