Position Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage full sales cycles, focusing on outbound prospecting and client acquisition in the US area. This role is ideal for a proactive cold caller with a proven track record of closing deals within the $6K–$25K ACV range. You will work closely with potential clients, leveraging your expertise to expand Floori’s footprint in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Cold Calling & Networking: Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking events to secure new business opportunities.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize opportunities within the US area.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and existing customers weekly to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Trade Show Attendance: Represent Floori at annual trade fairs, boosting your network and closing high-value deals.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience: 4+ years in full-cycle sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Sales Expertise: A strong background in outbound sales, with proven success closing deals in the $6K–$25K ACV range.
  • Location: Based in or willing to travel regularly to the US area.
  • Skills: Excellent cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Travel: Comfortable with weekly travel within the region and occasional trips for trade shows.
