Position Overview
We’re seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to target mid-market and enterprise clients in the U.S. markets, focusing on Floori’s visualizer software. This role involves outreach to larger companies, setting up product demonstrations, and creating new sales opportunities. Ideal candidates are proactive, comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, and experienced in the B2B SaaS environment. This position is pivotal to Floori’s growth in the U.S, specifically driving adoption of our visualizer product.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Outreach: Identify, engage, and qualify new leads within the mid-market and enterprise sectors, conducting high-volume outbound calls to schedule product demos.
- Product Demonstrations: Present Floori’s visualizer software, showcasing its ability to increase customer engagement and enhance the buying experience.
- Pipeline Management: Track and update all client interactions within HubSpot CRM, maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize sales efforts.
- Voice Note Screening: As part of the application process, include a voice note to demonstrate your communication skills and approach with clients.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B SaaS Sales: Proven SDR experience targeting mid-market and enterprise clients within the software or SaaS industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled in verbal communication, able to articulate product value effectively to prospects.
- Fluency in English and Spanish: Both languages are essential for interacting with clients across the U.S..
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and experience with outbound sales tools.
- Self-Driven and Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets independently in a remote environment.
- Adaptable and Resourceful: Able to adjust strategies based on prospect feedback and changing market conditions.
